My name is Mohammed Aahil and I’m 12-and-a-half years old and my brother’s name is Mohammed Aamir and he is 2 years younger than me. Yesterday went like any other day

We got up had a bath brushed our teeth and did whatever we would do regularly.it was like any other and because online classes had started we had to sleep early so by 10 in the night we were out cold in our bunk bed.

At 3 a.m. this morning, my brother woke up, and he had to use the bathroom. So he got up and went into the bathroom, and he had diarrhea. Then he woke up the savior of this story, which in this case was me, and told me he had diarrhea, so I just told him to go to sleep. When I woke up, I couldn’t find him, then I remembered he had diarrhea and must be in the bathroom. he came out and said it’s worse, it’s so much worse now. Which meant his problems have increased. But by this time, I wasn’t the savior anymore he was in the hands of our parents now, and their plan to ease the pain was to give him some buttermilk.

And well they had to leave for work so they told me to take care of him, well I was back in charge and business. We had to get ready for our online class and my brother started to feel cold which I have experienced many times but it was hot around 30°C or 86°F so why would he feel cold meaning his temperature had risen and when your temperature rises you have a fever, so I checked his forehead to make sure he didn’t have a fever.

So I told my parents and they told me to give him paracetamol so I whipped up some paracetamol to ease the fever and well I told him to skip the online class and take some rest. Even though I did attend the classes I wasn’t paying full attention like I usually do instead I was more worried about Aamir.

He was doing fine when I was in class, but I still kept an eye on him, and then it was time for lunch and I gave him some curd rice to slow his diarrhea. He then slept which was a relief since my job was over.

When he woke up I expected him to be fine but he had hives on his back and legs so I called my mother and explained to her the situation. She told me to give him some anti-allergen to stop the hives since he had hives before, our mother bought the anti-allergen and kept it at home if needed.

It was affecting him slowly and then I informed my parents so they came home quickly and gave him some more medicine and he was fine in a few hours.

My parents decided not to give paracetamol the next time because he reacted with some component in it and this happened before.

I learned that some people are allergic to medicines and that this allergy is called hives

And he’s fine now so we continue our regular old fights and regular old days.
